24 hour welfare service - Our Welfare Office is always available. Our emergency telephone number is operational 24 hours. Personal Tutors meet with students regularly to discuss both academic and social plans. We work closely with our host families. If you are sick we will arrange for you to see a doctor. Some of our homestays offer "private home accommodation" where you have less contact with the families as there more guests in the house, and where you may be expected to lead a more independent style of life.

All our families are visited regularly by our Welfare Officer to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.

Our families must sign the English UK code of practice. A copy of this can be obtained on request.
